Much has (and will continue to be) written about leadership, mostly as regards the attributes of leaders, how they behave and the tools they employ. Although some of these aspects will be mentioned, in the main this blog will focus on what leaders are (and should be) concerned about. In particular, the agendas they need to develop and pursue to address the changes they have to make or the challenges they have to overcome – rare is the leader nowadays who is appointed to merely maintain the status quo or to keep a steady hand on the till, irrespective of whether they lead a project, initiative, team, organization or business.
